The Villas at Pine Creek is an adult residential condominium community in Springfield, IL that caters to the over-55 set. It’s the product of Buraski Builders, who normally build single family homes throughout the Springfield area. This special community of theirs consists of 4 homes joined together at a time, 72 in all, that all come with 2-car garages. It offers a pond, plenty of safe walking spaces, and a social center for activities and learning.
There are four distinctive living styles in the community. Square footage runs from 1,150 up to 1,615, with the smallest design, known as the Cedar, only having one bedroom, which is a large master bedroom. Each style offers the choice of a basement or not, and all have walk-in closets off the master bedroom. All homes also have gas furnaces and central air conditioning. Prices range between $150,000 and $275,000.
