It’s known for quality in its 114 homes, and offers easy living for seniors who want to own their own homes, but don’t want to deal with some of the daily hassles of home ownership. The community takes care of the lawn and snow removal, and there’s a wonderful clubhouse that offers fitness training, community events, barbecue and a pool.
All of the homes are luxury ranch style townhomes, starting around $150,000, with 2 of 3 bedroom styles, 2-car garages, and 2 to 3 bathrooms. Square footage is between 1,500 and 1,700. Ceilings are high and spacious, and most have fireplaces in them as well. Homeowners must be 55 years of age or older.
