The Silver Tower in Chicago: A Happy Home in River North

The wait is over– the new pricing at the Silver Tower in Chicago has been announced by its new seller Jameson Real Estate, and buyers are already taking advantage of the amazing pricing on these River North condos. The Building

The River North Neighborhood
According to the Chicago Tribune, River North is a “Near North Chicago neighborhood [that] has 25,000 new residents occupying 10,000 new housing units built since 2000. Along with them have come offices, hotels, eateries, clubs, art galleries and shops. The central location makes whatever isn’t there an easy walk or cab ride away.” Truly, it is the center of young Chicago.

Being adjacent to the downtown Loop, it’s a quick commute (or walk!) to work. Streeterville and Lake Michigan are also within walking distance, and the nightlife scenes of Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville to the north are easily accessible by Chicago public transportation.

But that’s not to say River North and the Near North Side don’t have a thriving nightlife and culinary scene of their own.
