Sunset Point is a home community by Deer Point Homes located in the Joliet, IL area. It’s an affordable 82-home community where home prices start around $160,000.
There are seven distinctive home models that buyers can choose from, with square footage ranging from 1,152 to 2,167 square feet, not including full unfinished basements. At the top of the list is the Hampton, which is a 2-story 4-bedroom home which can be expanded to a 5-bedroom home. It offers a large luxurious family room with a private master bedroom and bathroom with two private closets. At the other end is the Armstrong, a ranch home that offers anywhere from 2 to 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a walk-in closet. All of the homes have 2-car garages, and either 2 or 2 1/2 baths.
All of the home plans also have multiple choices for the exterior, and come with laundry rooms, fireplaces, and range hoods with lights and fan in the kitchen. It’s a quiet, safe area with sidewalks that any home buyer will feel comfortable living in.
