Highland Woods is a new homes community in Elgin that’s the creation of William Ryan Homes. It’s a planned community of multiple neighborhoods through 154 acres, and it’s major selling point is a multimillion dollar community clubhouse they call the Owner’s Club. It has a water park, fitness room, tennis courts, and community rooms for many events, which are also available for rental. The community itself has many natural preserves and water parks including an 18 acre lake, playgrounds, walking and biking paths and nature trails.
Overall there are 8 models of homes to choose from that range from 1,900 square feet up to 3,200 square feet. The prize of the community is known as The Jackson, a 4-bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with a 3-car garage, large spaces which includes some areas of the house being split level which gives a lot of ceiling space. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in closets, and there’s an extra design that would allow for a 5th bedroom if requested, which would increase the square footage of the house to almost 3,800.
