Chestnut Grove is a new homes community in Cortland, IL that was created by Montalbano Homes. More than a third of the property is open space for that outdoor, country feeling, and included in the area is a park and some manmade ponds and lakes. There are even plans for building a school in the area.
There are 13 different floor plans within the community, ranging from 1,270 to 3,800 square feet. Prices start around $169,000 and run up to $270,000. The homes have between 2 and 5 bedrooms, 1 to 3 1/2 bathrooms, and 1 to 3-car garages. The largest home floor plan, called the Mulberry, has the option of a full basement and a second floor family room, which can also be turned into a 5th bedroom. And right now, this particular floor plan is doing for $249,500!
