Tropical Isles is a new homes community in Homestead, FL by Blue Coast Homes. There are only 50 homes that will be in the community, with prices starting around $250,000. The community offers a golf course, playground, and bike trails.
There are 6 different models within the community. Square footage of the homes runs from 1,336 to 2,638. The houses have between 3 and 5 bedrooms, 2 and 3 bathrooms, and offer both ranch style and 2-story floor plans. Different types of amenities include covered terraces, computer lofts, and covered porches. The largest home, known as St. Maarten, offers 2 large walk-in closets and a master bathroom that’s almost the size of the other bedrooms.
