It’s a 55+ community that offers many amenities including a pool and a clubhouse and sets up many events for its residents to participate in. They even set up group trips to the many different museums and other attractions the city is known for.
The community offers manufactured homes, which offers the benefit of customizing your home to fit your style and space needs and also cuts down on the cost of building a new home if that’s your preference. You can get a very small and inexpensive residence or go for broke and spend upwards if $200,000 if that’s your preference. And the community will go as far as to help seniors both purchase new homes and also sell their homes when it’s time to do so.
