Lennar Homes, which already has 25 home communities throughout the central Florida area, has announced that they are adding 9 new communities in the area. One community getting a lot of attention is called Independence in Winter Garden, and it will have a combination of townhomes and single family homes starting around $160,000. The single family homes will have four floor plans consisting of 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms and 2 car garages, ranging from 1,744 to 2,853 square feet. The townhomes will range from 1,505 to 1,989 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2-car garages.
The other new homes communities are: Cypress Lakes Estates in Orlando; Eagle Dunes Estate Home in Sorrento; The Townes of River Oaks in Oviedo; Nona Terrace Towne Estates in Orlando; The Retreat at Twin Lakes in Sanford; Wekiva Landing Town Homes, Longwood; The Townes of Westyn Bay, Ocoee; and Camden Landing Town Homes in Orlando. Many of these have already sold homes, while others are just getting ready to come on the market.
