Those builders have to pass stringent rules, including building energy efficient homes that help to protect the community while saving costs to the members within. Home prices start around $700,000 and go up from there.
This is a closed community, which means it’s secluded from the everyday hustle and bustle. Within this award-winning community are things such as eight different villages, townhomes, three golf courses, parks, an athletic center and miles of walking areas. It also offers things such as swimming pools and tennis courts. There are small boutiques and restaurants for the residents, and they even host yearly festivals and events.
