KB Homes has announced that they will be offering kitchens designed by Martha Stewart’s company to new homeowners in two of their communities, one in the Tampa area and the other in the Orlando area. They will be able to pick from three styles based on kitchens of homes in New York and Maine. Those styles are called Katonah, Skylands, and Lily Pond.
One of the communities is Moss Landing in Riverview, which has 11 different floor plans (floor plans are designated by the square footage of homes) ranging from 1,266 to 3,512 square feet, with prices starting around $123,000. Every home has at least two bathrooms and two-car garages, and master suites with walk-in closets.
The other community is called Arbor Ridge in Apopka, where there are 12 different floor plans ranging from 1,762 to 3,187 square feet. This community also has a cabana, a community pool, and a children’s play area.
