Eagle Lake is a new homes community in Kissimmee, FL that’s the product of Standard Pacific Homes. It’s a luxury home community with outstanding prices at the present time, starting around $159,000, and offers things such as a community clubhouse with 2 pools, 4 different parks, tennis and basketball courts, bike paths, something for the kids, and is aligned with a 64 acre bald eagle preserve; it’s hard to beat that kind of thing.
When it comes to the floor plans there are 10 to choose from, starting with the Ashford, which comes in at 1,454 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage, all the way up to Carisbrooke, a 3,595 square foot monster of either 4 or 5 bedrooms, up to 4 1/2 bathrooms, a large master suite with 2 walk-in closets, and a lanai off the humongous family room. We didn’t mention the garage because, in a much different design than the norm, it comes with both a 1-car and 2-car garage on opposite sides of the house.
