Devonwood Villas is a gated community in Land O`Lakes, Florida, where the homes are a series of villas all built in a similar external style by Southern Crafted Homes. Internally, however, each home feel spacious and is well furnished, and you’ll feel as though you own your own single family home. The community offers a community center, the Devonwood Aquatic Center, parks, lakes, and wide open outdoor spaces. Maintenance is provided by the community and all homes are Energy Star certified.
Villa prices start around $180,000, and there are 5 floor plans offered. The Brighton II, which is the largest villa, has more than 2,000 square feet and comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an oversized 2-car garage. The master bedroom comes with huge bay windows and a master bathroom as well. And instead of a traditional living room there’s an oversized great room that measures 15′ 6″ by 26′ 10″; that’s a lot of space!
