New Neighborhood and Homesites Released in Seville

GILBERT, Ariz. (August 03, 2007) - Shea Homes announces the August 10th Grand Opening of their newest community, La Quintana at Seville in southeast Gilbert.

La Quintana is the first development to feature Shea Homes' newest 3500 series floor plans. Starting from the low $200,000s, La Quintana homes range from 1,625 to 2,178 square feet.
