Hi Scott, there are currently 3 active units, from $759k, $775k and $829k. They include 3 bed/5 bath, 2 bed/4 bath and 3 bed/5 bath respectively. They are all 3,415 sf finished, 3,815 sf total with 400 sf in each basement.
