The Carlisle Community For Seniors

The Carlisle is a senior living condominium community in San Francisco that offers a type of overall living not normally afforded most residents of condominium communities. It not only offers great living, but the Carlisle will sponsor lectures, dances, and many other types of cultural events for its residents so that they can enjoy many events without having to leave the community. But when residents decide to leave, they’re already in the heart of downtown San Francisco and have lots of things to do. They even have a champagne brunch every Sunday.

Talk about choices in how you want to live. Square footage of residences ranges from 376 (yes, you read that correctly) up to around 1,760, but if you want more space you can purchase two condos and have them joined. Unlike many condominium residences, you can customize how you want the interior to be once you’ve purchased it to some degree. Therefore, you’re not stuck with any particular design unless you choose to stick with their standard, which isn’t bad, as every residence comes with large windows and walk-in closets and safety bathrooms, and from there customization helps you decide whether you want a kitchen or kitchenette, bookshelves, window ledges or balconies. Prices start around $135,000.
