Ponderosa Meadows is a new homes community built by Silverwing Development in Truckee, CA, which has the good luck of being a sister city of Lake Tahoe, Nevada. It’s considered a luxury home community where all the homes are more than $400,000, and it lies alongside a golf course. It’s also different in that there are only 19 homes being built
Each home has either 1,800 or 1,934 square feet, along with 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the main level. They also have 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2-car garages with a deck off the family room and a great room. With options, the most expensive home only goes up to $468,000.
