Vintage Communities is a luxury home community builder based in Southern California that believes a beautiful home is more than just buying a house and putting it anywhere. Something they like to do is find land that has attractive views and is away from the normal rush of everyday life, then build top quality homes based on the requests of their clients. They also build homes for owners living in other communities as well.
At the present time they have one community already in existence and two others where they’ve purchased land, but have yet to build any homes. The Vintage at Hidden Park offers a lot of natural expanse, oak and sycamone trees, and mountain vistas. It has a creek and even some wildlife. Homes start around $2 million, both ranch and two-story homes between 3,800 and 5,900 square feet, up to 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and 3 or 4-car garages. They offer multiple themes, some traditional and some exclusive to their brand. It’s based in the Agora Hills part of Santa Monica.
The other two locations that will be coming are the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Course Community
Vintage at The Crosby, and the Santa Monica Mountains California Luxury Homes Vintage at Rancho Malibu. Both of these communities will be exclusive as well as luxurious, with the first one slated for 43 homes near professional golf courses, and the second 46 homes near the Malibu Coastline, Zuma and Trancas Beaches.
