KB Homes has created a new community of homes for buyers looking for small and affordable homes in the San Jacinto area. Edgewood at the Cove will contain 13 homes with homes starting at $160,990 and up, depending upon floor plan. It’s located in a beautiful area near Mount San Jacinto State Park, which puts it near hot springs, golf courses and many shopping centers. The finished community will also have its own park.
They offer four floor plans, three of them ranch style homes, the fourth a stylish 3 or 4-bedroom two story. All of the homes come with 2 to 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 car garages, with a large master bedroom having a separate bathroom of its own. The two story home can be expanded easily into a 5 bedroom home instead of a den on the first floor. Square footage of the homes, not given names but plan numbers, goes from 1,394 square feet to 2,233 square feet.
