Master planned communities are “super subdivisions“. Like traditional communities and subdivisions, they offer new housing and attractive amenities, but residents of master planned communities generally have access to more within the immediate area.

Typically, these communities consist of several neighborhoods from different home builders providing a more housing choices and opportunities. In addition, master planned communities usually offer more amenities like large clubhouses, recreational parks, onsite commercial centers, office buildings and schools.

Planned communities are popular because they cater to a wide range of families and offer a lot more in terms area features and attractions. Here’s a list of three California neighborhoods located within master planned communities.

Bridgegate at Canyon Hills
