Typically, these communities consist of several neighborhoods from different home builders providing a more housing choices and opportunities. In addition, master planned communities usually offer more amenities like large clubhouses, recreational parks, onsite commercial centers, office buildings and schools.

Bridgegate at Canyon Hills
Located in Lake Elsinore, the Bridgegate at Canyon Hills is part of a California master planned community specializing in 3-5 bedroom homes. Each home features neutral color schemes, spacious dens, oversized kitchens and 2-3 car garages. Some floor plans also include covered patios, walk-in closets, private master suites and main floor living. There are a total of four floor plans to choose from in the community, each offering between 2,000-3,050 square feet of living space.

The community specializes in 3-5 bedroom homes and offers future residents a wide selection of upgrades and embellishments, such as upgraded carpet, two-tone paint schemes, granite fireplaces and custom tile flooring.
