Great tips for Agents old and new.

As an older Agent I had to force myself to take the time everyday and start writing. After it became a daily routine it stated getting easier and even enjoyable.

As the article mentions, writing is no longer optional. It really is essential if you want to succeed in real estate today.

It is always best to write about things that are of interest to you. It really can be fun once you get in the mindset.

I agree that whenever you write any tips, it will be very easy if you will know the direction where your articles will go, an outline will really make this very easy for you which is sometimes neglected by almost writers.

I think these tips go for pretty much any business you care to think of these days. I’m constantly amazed by the poor quality of writing on websites, and I’m not talking about anything advanced, just basic spelling and grammar. Concentrate of doing the basics well and you’re already ahead of the pack, in my opinion.

Great read! I think so many people think about writing and are in the mind set of building links to help rank their site, completely forgetting about or ignoring all of the other benefits that come from writing.

Being an authority and expert in this field requires many different avenues of marketing, personally I feel I get alot back from taking the time to write and publish.

Correct Leon, real estates agents is agents, not writers. For 30 years ago when I started in the branch did we only have to write the sales contract (I love it). The problem today is that we need to write on our web sites, blogs and articles because “Content is King” and that help us in the ranking on the serp, get new clients and information real estates partner what’s new properties we have. So it’s necessary for us old dogs to be good writers and you are right in your article.
