The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village will begin hosting a “Sneak Peek Saturday” once a month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Prospective homebuyers, real estate agents and neighbors are invited to join The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village staff October 3 for the first Sneak Peek Saturday. Each month the event will be held in a different home of a different neighborhood. Those wanting to get a taste and feel for these communities can view the homes and learn more information from our staff in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Each month there will be a featured goody as well as registration for prizes so you won’t want to miss out! October’s open house will feature football themed goodies and prizes to help bring in the fall football season.
This will be a great event for prospective homebuyers to come take a look at some of the homes available. The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village are located in St. Johns County has over twenty neighborhoods. All of these neighborhoods are golf course communities and each neighborhood offers different style living options.
