Bowen Family Homes, a metro Atlanta home builder, has launched a new promotion for new home shoppers and real estate agents alike. With the Penny Power Promotion, homebuyers have the opportunity to win a new Atlanta home for only $.01. Realtors, on the other hand, have the opportunity to win $50,000.
Both of these are incredible opportunities for the lucky winners. In order to entered into the competition, visit one of the metro Atlanta communities from Bowen Family Homes between September 9 and November 7, where you’ll participated in a penny toss competition. The first 100 homebuyers and Realtors to successfully toss a penny into a fish bowl from ten feet away will be entered into a finale event.
The Grand Finale Penny Tossing event will take place in November. Here both homebuyer finalists and Realtor finalists will compete for a chance to win the grand prize of a new home or $50,000. However, the final winners will be awarded the minimum prize of $2,500.
Tosses can be earned in increments of one, three or five. Homebuyers can earn one penny toss by touring a Bowen Family community; three tosses by becoming pre-qualified to buy a home with a Bowen Family Home preferred lender; five tosses can be earned if the homebuyer either writes a contract on a Bowen home or is currently under contract. Realtors can earn one penny toss by touring a Bowen community or Penny Power Event; three tosses by previewing a Bowen home with a client; five tosses if the client writes a contract on a new home from Bowen Family Homes.
Be sure to get to a new home community from Bowen Family Homes to enter the competition. Oh, and participants are asked to use their own pennies.

Boy, that is a heck of a promotion. They give away $25 gas cards here and that gets people coming in. I think I need to be a Realtor in Atlanta:)
Wow – too bad you have to enter through a visit because I am not sure it would be worth a trip from Denver to Atlanta just to enter.
Publicity – publicity and more publicity. Every time magazines, blogs, radio, TV or anybody write or talk about your product or company is good marketing for you. If this trick is a good way – I don’t know. But still, it is good publicity for the company.
