Yaah I am agree with you that these are good in comparison of other.
New home builders are hurting so bad for buyers. I’ve seen several home builders resort to leasing the properties just to bring in income. I don’t think the market will pick up for at least another 2 years.
I think you are right and that any recovery will still take several more years. And any recovery is still iffy. No guarantees that we will ever recover values of 5 years ago.
