Toll Brothers' National Spring Sales Event
Toll Brothers, a Horsham, Pennsylvania based home builder, is the nation’s leading provider of luxury homes. This week Toll Brothers has announced its National Spring Sales Event, which will be held between April 18 through to April 26 at Toll Brothers’ communities nationwide.
Toll Brothers is widely recognized as a leader in luxury single-family homes; however, the builder also offers a collection of condominiums, townhouses, active-adult communities, and resort-style communities in 21 states. Toll Brothers’ communities can be located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New York, South Carolina, and Texas to name a few.
During the National Spring Sales Event, Toll Brothers will be offering great deals on new homes, which includes substantial savings. In addition, home buyers that finance their new home through TBI Mortgage® Company receive a Mortgage Protection Plan. The plan covers up to six months of mortgage payments (up to $2,500) for a qualified job loss within the first two years after closing.
“This is a fabulous opportunity for a sensational package of substantial savings and incentives created for the event only,” said Carolyn Roman, Public Relations Account Executive at Genesis Marketing Partners. “During Toll Brothers’ National Sales Event, home buyers can save more and get the most house for their money.”
Toll Brothers Inc. is a publically traded company listed on the NYSE under (TOL). Its 52-week range is $13.55 to $28.00, and last sold at $18.09, up 1.01 percent or $0.18 on the day’s change.

From what I know about Toll Brothers, they have too much paper work and application forms; they need to simplify / convert to electronic means when possible; They should streamline all their procedures too – seems like the existing procedures in place only benefit the main office personnel instead of the field staffs and frankly they’re good front line workers, they should do everything they can to free those people up so they may focus on converting sales while providing excellent service. After all, those field teams are the ones who contact directly with the consumer – NOT those main office staffs.
