The Territory is one of two new home communities located in Bixby provided by Simmons Homes. The Territory is comprised of 1,170 to 2,305 square foot homes, starting in the $130s. In addition, The Territory is conveniently located to schools, the expressway, shopping, and restaurants. Currently, there is one home available for immediate move-in, and homebuyers can select from 14 home plans ranging from three to four bedrooms.
Broken Arrow, Oklahoma New Home Golf Community
Fairway Crossing offers homeowners premier golf course living at an affordable price. Homes range in size between 1,170 to 2,305 square feet, and pricing begins in the $130s. Local schools include North Intermediate, Broken Arrow Public Schools, Centennial Middle School, and Country Lane Elementary. One home is available for quick move-in, the Hawthorne plan, and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and 1,436 square feet of livable space. Buyers at Fairway Crossing can select from 15 new home plans.
Owasso, Oklahoma New Home Community
Coffee Creek is one of four new home communities that Simmons Homes currently offers in Owasso. New homes at Coffee Creek range in size from 1,971 to 3,400 square feet, and pricing starts in the $160s. Coffee Creek is a neighborhood in a larger master-planned community, and features include a community swimming pool, children’s playground, plus a catch and release fishing pond. One home, the Mallory home plan, is currently completed and ready for quick delivery. This home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a three-car garage, and 2,173 square feet of livable space. Homebuyers can select from 29 home plans at Coffee Creek.
