I know that Federal tax incentive is getting ready to expire very soon however, I anticipate it will get extended or at least I hope it will.
The CA New home tax incentive was a great program as well. I sure wish both the state of CA and the Feds would bring these style programs together with a more powerful program to help the San Diego Real Estate market get the boost it needs to come out of the current slump its in!
