These are some great communities you got here. You put together a great list. Keep up the good work.
It’s a shame they do not use low water lawns when they turf new homes in the dry states. Maybe they are not as green but they sure do save a lot of water.
Water conservation is in my opinion one of the main factors in going green. We should be saving all of our limited resources.

For sure, we take it for granted now but water will be the next great resource that people starting fighting over.
The South Jordan area in Utah is beautiful.
For the past few years the area has really grown into something extraordinary, with revolutionary shopping areas and new companies springing up left and right; but still the entire area feels “friendly” and like a great place to buy a home. Everything you need is close by, but not too close.
As for water conservation, here in Utah it’s gotten pretty crazy. People just set their sprinklers to automatic and then leave them running all year round… even when it’s RAINING!
It’s ridiculous.
