Power Ranch is a highly desirable award-winning community located in the growing city of Gilbert. In 2003, 2004, and 2005, Ranking Arizona selected Power Ranch as the Best Masterplanned Community. In 2002, the National Association of Home Builders recognized Power Ranch as one of the five Best Master Planned Communities in the Nation.
The homes in Power Ranch are built in multiple communities, nine neighborhoods in total, provided by D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes, Trend Homes, and T.W. Lewis.

Community amenities include parks in each individual neighborhood, 26 miles of trails, lush landscaping, and two separate clubhouses with 7-plus acres of community parks each. The Ranch House Clubhouse offers outdoor activities such as catch and release fishing, from the lakeside or wooden pier, a splash fountain, 25-meter swimming pool, a children’s play pool, a children’s playground, full-size basketball court, sand volleyball, picnic and barbeque areas, and a 10-acre soccer complex. The Barn & Trailside Clubhouse also offers catch and release fishing, picnic areas, a resort style swimming pool, a children’s play pool, and a 7,600 square foot meeting hall with a catering kitchen.

Sonoran Foothills - Phoenix, AZ Master Planned Community

My parents actually just built a new home in Sonoran Foothills, they really love the community up there.
Anthem is also a really nice master planned community to check out, maybe we could see a post on it sometime. I have many friends in Anthem and its a pretty cool place.
These communities are absolutely gorgeous! Arizona is one of the most beautiful places in America and these planned communities look like they do a great job of accenting that natural beauty.
My uncle live in Sonoran Foothills with his family, they built a new home in this community almost six months ago. Panoramic views of the mountains and descending natural wash corridors are one of the several attractions in Sonoran Foothills.
