I found an article on Forbes.com that I think you may find interesting. The article was written by Matt Woosley, a writer for the website. The article is about our nation’s fastest growing suburbs; Arizona is home to four of the top ten; Buckeye, Surprise, Goodyear, and Avondale. In addition, Matt states that “The fastest-growing big suburb (with a population of 100,000 or more) is Gilbert, Arizona, which expanded from 112,766 people to 191,517. Matt also reported that Phoenix, Arizona enjoyed the “greatest positive domestic migration of any American metro last year, with 115,000 more people moving into town than leaving”. He said that this is because of our affordable housing and growing economy.
This article is great news for Arizona home owners, Arizona new home builders and Arizona new home construction. We are a growing state with a healthy economy and are receiving national attention. Our growth translates into more jobs and an increase in the value of our real estate. I’m excited to watch our state grow and have enjoyed seeing our expansion over the last several years. Many Arizona new home communities are remarkable and have turned out to be beautiful additions to our already incredible state. Arizona is a great place to live and own a home.
