Nice properties! Some of these prices seem to be coming into line with us here in Eastern Georgia, but still amazes me how much higher the San Diego homes are than in our neck of the woods.
Joes last blog post..Can the $8,000 Tax Credit save VA Buyers ?
I am fairly new to the business and am in the position where I will be negotiating my commission with a couple builders that I recently interviewed with. I do not want to come in asking for something too high – or too low.
I currently live in a Ryland home in North Carolina
My question is do you also build in San Diego?
