It depends on the market – real estate is hyper local. In some areas foreclosures can’t stay on the market long-enough for a walk-through; five miles down the road, they sit for a month.

The Shea Homes’ project is great! Aside from the savings they get from electricity bills they help the environment from getting destroyed.

With the economy in a rut, I’m sure none of us would mind that reduction of electric bills by 60%. Solar powers are a great way to go, but I wonder why the U.S. hasn’t already switched? Obviously it’ll save us money so we can spend more on other junk.
