		<description>It is nice to see home builders trying to do something to stimulate the economy, but I do wonder if these incentives will only cause more problems down the road. Remember, we are in this mess because of similar incentives of &quot;arm&quot; mortgages and such during the housing boom only a few years ago...hopefully these builders will be giving such deals to qualified buyers that can actually afford the payments.
