As an overseas buyer of property, i am intrigued to see how much further the prices can fall. It may seem like a good time to buy but i wonder what affects the decline in the commercial property market and the increasingly less mortgage lending are going to have on the prices. Not to mention the high unemployment and the government debt which can still potentially exasperate the overall situation?
