I am amazed at what builders are giving away to stay in business. I wonder how long they can keep it up. At what poit I wonder are they hurting themselves with blowout pricing. I am glad to see so many of them hanging on.
They are trying to get their homes sold that is for sure. I hope the tight grip loosens up.
