It seem the ready to move in homes will be selling better this year as people are looking for ready made bargains.
It seems like a good idea to get more buyers, anything to help move more new houses would be a bonus.
You will have to let us know if these “ready made homes” end up selling more quickly than “fixer up-ers”.
