I wonder what kind of new incentives builders will come up with this year. New home sales here are battling it out with all of the REO properties and losing big. They need to do something to attract buyers.
Builders here in the Northeast are faring a little better because the foreclosure rate is lower but the tighten credit market does not help at all. They are starting to offer some incredible incentives which make it a great time to buy.
