I read another post about home sales being significantly higher in April of this year than last April. The post also talked about the huge decline in prices. At least homes are moving better and I am happy to know that.

Interesting. Wow. I live in Dallas and we are doing a lot of auctions these days. But the trade in your home thing is something I had never heard of. Interesting. I wonder how that will work out in the long run for their portfolio.
