		<description>I&#039;d be lying if I said that it doesn&#039;t decrease the value of the homes. I&#039;d also be lying if I said that the value of these homes would stay the same if they just sat there for months and months and months without selling. 

The longer the homes sit, the longer it&#039;s going to take for a recovery of some sort so I say sell however possible and get rid of the inventory.</description>
