It is absolutely beautiful up-north this time of year. Yeah, I've spoken to several builders who have been doing a pretty good job of reducing their inventories so far this year. Most of the builders down here I think are having the best luck with their inventory homes that they have laying around (after a very nice discount, incentives etc). I'd love to get up there to check it out during some of our 120 degree Scottsdale heat this summer. That’s good news to hear.
