Sorry for chopping up your logo, Jay...Poor Cactus
Jay Thompson, The Phoenix Real Estate Guy, recently announced blogsperiment #7,943a, I think it should be blogsperiment #7,943c, but that’s a non-issue right now.
The announcement introduced a new real estate forum, The TPREG Forum, and anyone can join free. If it is anything like the rest of Jay’s work, it should become a great resource for homebuyers, agents and real estate professionals. For those of you that are scratching your head and wondering what a forum is, here is a shorten version of what’s found on Wikipedia.org -
Online Forum – An online discussion site.
Throw in real estate, and you’ve got yourself a website dedicated to discussing real estate in which any member can participate and contribute. Most forums allow all members to create a new discussion and good forums become an incredible source of current and dated information.
I’m a homebuyer, why should I become a member of a real estate forum?
If you’re looking for a new home, a real estate forum is a great place to get up-to-date information about what’s going on in real estate markets across the nation. Real estate professionals are active and available in forums; if you’re looking for information about anything, or if you have a question and want free advice, a real estate forum is a great place to hear what several different professionals think. After you buy a home, share your experience with the forum so other home buyers can learn what to expect; the sharing of your experience may also help professionals do their job better.
I’m an agent, why should I become a member of a real estate forum?
The single most important reason why an agent should become a member of a real estate forum (in my opinion) is to gain knowledge about selling real estate. Forums attract professionals from different markets and with different experiences and expertise; these professionals share information about everything. If you’re an active member of a good forum, it will become your best source of “what’s going on” and “what works” in selling real estate. Your membership and participation in a forum gives you a huge advantage over any agent that is not active in a good forum. In addition to learning, a forum is a great place to build beneficial relationships with like professionals.
I’m a real estate professional, why should I become a member of a real estate forum?
See “I’m an agent, why should I become a member of a real estate forum?” above. It’s a great place to learn for you too; if you provide a service to real estate agents, a real estate forum might become your best lead source.
I’m Sold, How do I Join TPREG Forum?
A forum, any forum, is a great place to learn, discuss and debate; like anything else in life, you’ll get back what you put in. Contribute often and be a valuable member of the community and the knowledge and friends you gain will far outweigh any time you invest. The Phoenix Real Estate Guy (TPREG) Forum is new, but I’m sure it will quickly become a great place to learn, discuss and debate real estate. To answer your question above, Visit the forum now by clicking HERE, when you get there, click on “Register” (it’s on the right) and become a member of the community, your career will thank you later.
You’re the only thing that can make this forum an enormous and valuable resource.

Last month I attended a Donald Trump, Trump University, Real Estate Investing Seminar in the Bay Area (Northern California). I wanted to check out the presentation techniques, see if any new real estate investing techniques were being taught and hey, it was free and I was local.
