Two Story House Plan
So you’ve decided to buy a piece of land and have a customized home built on the lot. There are often dozens and dozens of single-family and custom home builders who offer house plans and will build on your lot, but perhaps you don’t want to limit your house plan selection to those offered by your builder. In this case, you may find the following resources of some use when searching for new house plans.
HousePlans.com is a website dedicated to providing consumers with a wide range of varying house plans. Visit this site to discover special offers on specific plans and also browse through customer’s favorite plans to help generate ideas on what options you’d like to include in your new home. Visitors can narrow their search by selecting house plans by category, such as “Affordable House Plans”, “One-Story House Plans”, and “Vacation Home Plans”. Additional options allow the user to place an emphasis on the home’s façade, interior, or energy efficiency.
ePlans.com is similar to other house plan websites; however, visitors are asked to make their selections based on slightly more traditional options. For example, after selecting the type of plan you wish to consider – house plan, garage plan, or outdoor building plans – the user is asked to define their ideal square footage, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the number of stories and garage bays. Advanced searches also allow consumers to select from architectural style, specific designers, and popular collections.
CoolHousePlans.com is yet another great resource for seeking your perfect new home plan. And similarly to the above mentioned house plan websites, CoolHousePlans.com offers a wide variety of “green” home plans to choose from. This site offers a whole array of environmentally friendly building techniques, materials, and products that will aid the buyer in reducing the carbon footprint left behind, reduce energy consumption, and lower overall natural resource usage.

These sites are a lot of fun. However, it's great to dream, but I live in an apartment, so my options are pretty limited…
This is a very unique post. I am really glad to learn this information and i really appreciate your effort
in posting this pictures. I love their look. This is really cool.
great. I love one word” how large of your mind then how wide of your stage.
Today you can find a lot of green technologies that can be implemented while building. Check wind mills, my favorites, solar panels that are standard now. Think about passive house when building. You can save a lot of power.

I love the site. Frankly I thought I’d find information on greenhouses and not green houses. It is great that green houses are now available and that the efficiency can be high enough that it is within practical means that a homeowner can produce his own energy.
Thanks for the info and links out to all the other home plans sites. It has me thinking of how I want my home to be.
