@Home Mortgage Loan California - I think the stricter lending practices are just one more variable making it harder to clear up the inventory of homes for sale. The lower pricing makes homes affordable but now buyers can&#039;t qualify so we&#039;re in the same predicament just with different contributing factors.</description>

		<description>Great post. It’s interesting how when things go wrong, the finger pointing begins, isn’t it? I find it interesting that no one blames buyers, as well. It seems that everyone to blame – and that includes buyers who are up their eyeballs in debt and living paycheck to paycheck instead of investing in their future. The problem with a lot of “solutions” to the foreclosure problem is that they try to blame one group or another. Everyone needs to give a little to solve this one.</description>
