		<description>@Ben DeBell - definitely agree - there are several industries and groups that can be blamed. I think home buyers with more education could make a better informed investment decision. 

@Home Mortgage Loan California - I think the stricter lending practices are just one more variable making it harder to clear up the inventory of homes for sale. The lower pricing makes homes affordable but now buyers can&#039;t qualify so we&#039;re in the same predicament just with different contributing factors.</description>

It seems that everyone to blame – and that includes buyers who are up their eyeballs in debt and living paycheck to paycheck instead of investing in their future. The problem with a lot of “solutions” to the foreclosure problem is that they try to blame one group or another. Everyone needs to give a little to solve this one.</description>
