Another point to consider is that new homes have many energy efficient features that save on energy costs.
It is interesting that new homes in Atlanta, Georgia offer different options to their buyers. I also like the idea of having energy efficient feature to save my energy costs.
Energy efficent products are certainly becoming more valued in properties here in the UK with massively rising fuel costs
We’re starting to see more energy efficient homes being built here in Myrtle Beach, but South Carolina seems to be the last to catch up with trends.
A question? Is your feed reader number real or doctored up? It seems a little unrealistic, given that your blog doesn’t even contain PR?

LOL! We were just talking about that about a week ago… While we didn’t do anything to manipulate it, I don’t believe the figure is correct. To be honest, I’m not sure why it reads so high, or if we can do anything to correct it. Our PR was much better in the past, a combination of being hacked and reorganizing of our categories caused us to loose many of our links to the high PR pages (they’ll crawl their way back up eventually).
We’ve had several buyers at Traton’s Barnes Mill community, it’s a great location and fantastic homes.
