Sonrisa at Adelanto is a J.D. Pierce Company community of single-family homes located in Adelanto. The community has five available models starting from $99,999. Homes in Sonrisa at Adelanto are energy efficient and offer 1,351 – 2,595 square feet; homebuyers have the option of building a home with as many as 6 bedrooms.
The Estrella is a one-story home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a 2-car garage and 1,100 square feet of living space.
The Primavera is a one-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and 1,351 square feet of living space.
The Verano is a one-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, optional library and 1,661 square feet of living space.
