		<description>Vegas guy..I was actaully going to say that..I am a FLA investor and although I wouldn&#039;t touch that market now, I am on builders mailing lists and I am getting offers for 70k on brand new never lived in houses that they sold for 250k during the boom.  Still can&#039;t figure if it&#039;s a good opportunity!  There&#039;s no jobs there!
