This community is built on the historic site of Anna Waneka Thomas’ farm, making it a truly unique place to call home. Row-homes and duplex-homes start in the mid-$200s and single-family homes can be purchased from the low $300s.
Row-homes range from 1,213 to 1,501 square feet and offer two-to-three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, plans to choose from. The duplexes come in a variety of styles, each of which capture the Old Town look, and provide three bedrooms with two-and-a-half baths. Duplex homes range from 1,415 to 1,546 square feet. The largest homes at Anna’s Farm are four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, single-family homes offering 2,294 square feet of livable space.
