This is but one of many thriving housing developments in the greater Phoenix Valley. With some careful looking, it’s quite easy to find neighborhoods that aren’t riddled with foreclosures at very, very affordable prices.
Thanks for sharing this post. 3 years ago I retired from the military, and have since been searching for a community to retire in. Arizona has been on my list as a prime location.
We currently own three homes in California and will hopefully be renting them out once the real estate market settles back in.
