		<description>I agree with Joe, the Florida market has to be flattening out and with so much media attention of Florida and places like it, if we can start to get some good news out those areas this would be good for us all.   </description>

		<description>I was listening to MSNBC the other day and heard that for the first time in a long time if you actually calculate the cost of owning versus the cost of renting (excluding any capital appreciation), the cost of buying a NEW HOME is significantly more financially astute.  It is cheaper to own than to rent.</description>
