Rosemont is a new home community in Marietta, Georgia provided by Traton Homes. Rosemont features 28 home sites (only five remain), convenient access to local shopping & dining, and the homes themselves are priced from the $230s and offer rich exterior brick designs, stacked stone, cedar shake, and carriage-style garage doors. The homes range in size from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet of livable area, plus Rosemont buyers are provided with special incentives for contracts written before June 30, 2009. Riverdance provides residents with easy and practical living with the convenience of local amenities, which includes close proximity to Suwanee Greenway, gated community access, plus jogging and cycling paths. Prices seem in line with Augusta – nice properties! The Riverdance homes seem to offer a unique design I'm not too familiar with for townhomes in Georgia. I particularly like the second-story front balconies on a couple of the homes in the photo.
